Skerries Wild Bee Festival will return to Skerries Mills from 20-22 June 2025
The Skerries Wild Bee Festival is presented by Skerries Community Garden, and is now in its fourth year. The festival is a family-friendly event with bee themed crafts and activities for children as well as educational events and lectures suited to serious nature lovers both amateurs and experts.
Join us for three days of nature exploration and bee themed creative fun in Skerries. This is an outdoor event.
This year there will be an opening night for the Festival on Friday 20th June where Brenda Castle’s documentary Plight of the Bumblebee will be presented. The documentary depicts the world of bees & their connection to Irish religion, folklore, and biodiversity with a live traditional soundtrack on the night.
