Skerries Mills Harvest Time Festival 2026
Join us at Skerries Mills for a Harvest Celebration on the 29th and 30th of August.
Harvest Time is a time of Joy, Sharing, Community, and Connection with the land. Skerries Mills Industrial Heritage Museum invites you to its heritage lands for an open day, at the time of harvesting crops in our Crop Field.
There will be music, demonstrations, stalls, displays, and a range of activities for all ages. Come early to watch the harvest come in! Save the date and follow Skerries Mills on Socials for updates.
Gates open at 11 am on Saturday, the 29th, and 10.30 am on Sunday, the 30th.
The event finishes at approximately 5.45 pm each day.
Please use active travel (Car parking limited). Skerries Mills is located a six-minute walk from Skerries train station, and the Crop Field entrance is even closer!

We welcome everyone, and have something for all ages.


The Ukeristic’s will play live at the Event on Saturday the 29th of August, Free admission, dont miss out. Saturday Afternoon Music.


Visitor Information:
This is an outdoor event, while tents are in use, the event is not in the Heritage Building.

There will be a nominal cash fee for face painting.
The car park will fill up quickly with cast and crew. To sustain the event, we ask you use active travel.
Guided tours of the site, museum, and historic Watermill are limited on the day, but otherwise available year round.
The harvesting of crops by local farmers may be impacted or delayed by weather on the days.
Skerries Watermill Cafe and outdoor dining terrace will be available, there will also be food vendors in the Crop Field.
Skerries Mills Farmers Market will run as normal on Saturday the 29th of August. A small craft market will be hosted by the Harvest Event on Sunday the 30th.
Entry to the festival is via Mill Hill Parks Gates. All children must be accompanied by, and supervised by a parent or gudian aged over 18 years.
Dogs on lease only. No alcohol. Visitors must adhere to the instructions of stewards on the day.
